How to add the Vrbo ID column to the Reservations List

This article will explain how to add the Vrbo ID column to the Reservations List. This number is required in the Reservation Mapping process when you are onboarding to Vrbo from another software. This can be completed as per the below steps:

1. Click Reservations > List from the Homhero side menu
2. Click the Change columns position Icon
   
   
   
   
3. Click the eye icon next to the Vrbo ID field
4. Click Done
   
   
   
   
5. If completed successfully, the Vrbo ID column will be visible in your Reservations List
   
   
   
   
6. The Vrbo ID (New Reservation External ID) can be copied and pasted into the Reservation Mapping file provided from Vrbo
