What information is sent to Operto via Homhero?
Homhero sends Reservation and Property (Area) data to Breezeway. We have listed each field below that is sent via the API:
Property (Area)
- Area Name
- Listing ID
Reservation
- Reservation ID
- Check In (date and time)
- Check Out (date and time)
- Guest Name
- Guest Email
- Reservation Status (Operto can't push this back to Homhero)
What information is sent to Homhero via Operto?
- Lock ID
What information is currently not supported in the Homhero and Operto integration?
- Phone Number (We have a task in place to support this soon)
- Guest Count (We have a task in place to support this soon)
- Notes
- Bedding Configuration
- Created Time (timestamp of when the booking was made)
