Bulk AI Descriptions

In addition to generating individual ChatGPT listing descriptions, we've also introduced a "Bulk AI Description" feature, allowing you to generate descriptions for multiple listings in bulk. 

Please follow the below steps:  

1. Click Booking Engine > Listings from the Homhero side menu
2. Click the MANAGE button
3. Select Bulk AI Descriptions
   
   
   
    
4. Tick the listings you would like to generate descriptions for
5. Click Bulk
6. Select Request AI Description
   
   
   
    
7. The selected listings will show in 'yellow' and update to the Requested status
   
   
    
8. Once the descriptions have been created, the selected listings will show in 'green' and update to the Ready For Review status. You can click the refresh Icon to check if the descriptions are ready
9. Click the eye icon to view the ChatGPT Description that has generated for each listing
   
   
    
10. Click Redo to generate a new description
11. Click Close to close the ready for review page
12. Take a moment to thoroughly review the description and make any adjustments as needed. Click Use AI Description to apply the updated description to the listing
    
    
     
13. Upon clicking Use AI Description, a confirmation pop-up will ask if you want to copy the new description to the OTA's. Click Yes to proceed
14. Click No to ignore this request (head to step 17)
    
    
     
15. Select the OTA's you would like to copy the description to, then click Copy
    
    
16. You will receive a Success message to confirm the listing information has been updated, click Ok
    
    
    
     
17. Once completed, the selected listing will update to the Complete status
