How to update your OTA features in bulk

Once your Features are mapped and set up for each listing, Homhero can automatically push them to your OTA listings, eliminating the need to add them manually.

You can do this through your global feature list or directly from the edit listing page. Homhero will also prompt you to update your OTA listings if you’ve recently completed feature mapping and left the page without syncing the changes.

Sync OTA Feature mapping from your global feature list

1. Click Booking Engine > Listings from the Homhero side menu
2. Click the MANAGE button
3. Select Features
4. Click Update OTA Listings
5. Update (Don't Remove) - Click here to update all OTA listings without removing features mapped in this Features dialog.
6. Update All - Click here to update your OTA listings and remove all features that are not actively mapped in this Features dialog.
   
   
   
   
7. Click Ok to proceed 
   
   
   
   
8. You will receive a Success message and a notification when all of the OTA listings have been updated. Click Ok
   
   
   
   
9. We recommend you to cross-check the OTA listings you are pushing this update to, to ensure they are mapped correctly

Sync OTA Feature mapping from a listing
Homhero will prompt you to update your OTA listings when you make changes to listing feature setup.

1. Click Booking Engine > Listings from the Homhero side menu
2. Click a listing
3. Under Additional Information, click Set next to Features
4. Move the required feature to the left of the selection box
5. Click Set
6. Click Save on the listing
7. Don't Update - This is the default setting which means no updates will apply
8. Update (Don't Remove) - Click here to update all OTA listings without removing features mapped in this Features dialog.
9. Update All - Click here to update your OTA listings and remove all features that are not actively mapped in this Features dialog.
10. Click Save Listing
    
    

Audit Logs
Once you’ve updated your OTA listings with the newly mapped features, an audit log will be generated, displaying the details of the changes before and after the update.

These audit logs will be accessible through both the Feature Audit Logs and the Listing Audit Logs.
