This article will explain how to view all inbound messages that have been assigned to you, as a user of Homhero.
Messages that are assigned to you can be accessed as per the following steps:
- Click Unified Inbox from the Homhero side menu
- Click Assigned To Me
- If your message is not showing in the list, click the Refresh Icon above the left panel
- Click the message you would like to view from the left panel
- Once selected, the message will open up in the middle panel
- Click the Refresh Icon to refresh the message
- Click the X Icon to close the message
- Click the arrow icon to expand the message dialog
- Click the edit pencil next to the Reservation Status to open up the reservation screen
- The right panel will show the reservation that is attached to the current message with more details such as the Area, Reservation Dates, Pricing Information and Quick Availability before and after the stay dates
- If you would like to send a reminder to the assigned user, or unassign the user, hover over the name icon and a pop-up will appear
- Click the email icon to send a reminder to this user
- Click the red bin icon to unassign the user from this message
- Click More Options if you would like to reply to this message. Click the Up arrows to expand the view of the reply message even more
- You can also send a quick reply on the same view
Email and SMS Message Screen - Reply Type - Select Email, SMS or both
- Send To - Select Guest, Cleaner, Owner or Staff
- Choose Template (optional) - Select an existing template if applicable
- Choose Schedule (optional) - Select an existing schedule if applicable
- Email - Enter the email you are messaging if this is different to the email on the reservation
- CC - Enter emails that need to be copied into this message (separated by a comma)
- Subject - Enter an email subject for this message
- Send Me Copy - Enable this toggle if you would like to send a copy of this message to your email
- Message Content - Type or update the existing message if pulled from a template/schedule
- Mobile - Enter the mobile you are messaging if this is different to the mobile on the reservation
- SMS/Airbnb/Booking.com/Vrbo Message - Enter the SMS/OTA Message as required
- Click Send to complete
