The Reservations tab in Homhero’s Unified Inbox centralises all guest reservation messages into one easy-to-navigate location. This feature streamlines communication by allowing users to view, manage, and respond to reservation-related messages directly within the Unified Inbox.
With search, refresh, and message assignment functions, along with access to detailed reservation information and quick reply options, this tab provides a comprehensive and efficient messaging experience for property managers.
Below, you will find a step by step guide on the Reservations tab and how to use it:
- Click Unified Inbox from the Homhero side menu.
- Click Reservations.
- If your message is not showing in the list, click the Refresh Icon above the left panel.
- You can search for a specific reservation using the Reservation ID box.
- Click the message you would like to view from the left panel.
- Once selected, this will open up in the middle panel.
- Click the Refresh Icon to refresh the message.
- Click the X Icon to close the message.
- Click the arrow icon to expand the message dialog.
- Click the edit pencil next to the Reservation Status to open up the reservation screen.
- The right panel will show the reservation that is attached to the current message with more details such as the Area, Reservation Dates, Pricing Information and Quick Availability before and after the stay dates.
- If you would like to assign this message to a user, click the person icon.
- Click the paperclip icon to view message attachments.
- Click More Options if you would like to reply to this message. Click the Up arrows to expand the view of the reply message even more.
- You can also send a quick reply on the same view.
