Payment Service allows you to manage all of your payment gateways in one place. It will not automatically show in the Homhero Market Place, therefore you will need the Homhero Team to enable this integration first before you can start using it.
It's also important to note that activating the Payment Service will disable any currently configured payment gateways in your Homhero Settings. To minimise downtime, please reach out to Homhero Support for guidance on transitioning to the Payment Service.
Supported payment gateways are:
- Merchant Warrior
Step 1. Contact Homhero Support
Please contact Homhero Support to request for Payment Service to be visible in the Market Place.
Step 2. Activate Payment Service
Once Payment Service has been added, you will need to activate Merchant Warrior via Payment Service in the Homhero Market Place.
This can be completed as per the following steps:
- Click Market Place from the Homhero side menu.
- Under Payments Apps, locate and select the Payment Service Icon.
- Turn the Active toggle on.
- Choose Merchant Warrior as the payment gateway.
- Assign this as the Default payment gateway, or select specific listings in step 9.
- Enter a Description for this payment gateway.
- Add API Key.
- Add API Pass.
- Add Merchant ID.
- Listings - This is where you would assign specific listings to this payment gateway. You would only assign specific listings in a situation where you would like funds from reservations to go into a different bank account.
- Once completed, click Save New.
- Repeat the steps if you are setting up multiple payment gateways.
Please Note: Homhero will automatically verify if the API credentials are successful upon clicking Save. Please contact Homhero Support if you are having issues verifying your payment gateway.
