This article explains how to bulk submit Airbnb Host Reviews for good guests, allowing you to send host responses to all eligible reservations at once, instead of one by one. It also covers setting up default host review templates to streamline the bulk submission process. These templates will be applied automatically when using the Bulk Submit Good Guests feature.

Where to setup Host Review templates
To use the Bulk Submit Good Guests feature, you first need to set up your Host Review templates. Follow these steps to access and configure them:
Host Review templates
Set up your default templates for host reviews here. These templates will be applied automatically when using Bulk Submit Good Guests.
Cleanliness:
This is where you can tag bulk submissions with feedback tags on guest cleanliness. You can automatically select the following tags:
- Neat and Tidy
- Took care of garbage
- Kept in good conditionCommunication:
This is where you can tag bulk submissions with feedback on guest communication. You can automatically select the following tags:
- Helpful messages
- Respectful
- Always respondedPublic Feedback:
This is where you can set up to five public responses used for bulk submissions, intended for generic or broadly applicable feedback.Merge Fields:
You can copy merge fields from here to pull information from different parts of a reservation, allowing you to personalise your initial public feedback for each guest. The available merge fields are:
- {{ first_name }} - Guest first name
- {{ last_name }} - Guest last name
- {{ primary_guest }} - Guest full name
- {{ area_name }} - Area name
- {{ adults }} - Number of adults
- {{ children }} - Number of children
- {{ infants }} - Number of infants
- {{ guests }} - Number of guests

Enter an initial host response in the first text box to use in your public feedback when replying to guest reviews. This serves as the basis for the AI Agent to generate additional responses.Generate 4 more responses with AI Agent:
If the AI Agent (ChatGPT) integration is enabled on your Homhero account, you can use it to generate 4 additional Public Feedback responses. To do this, you must provide at least one response in the first box (see point 5).
Note: If you’ve created an additional four public feedback responses, Homhero will randomly choose one of the five responses during the bulk submission process.AI Agent is not enabled:
If the AI Agent is not enabled, this message will appear. Click the link to access the Market Place, search for the ChatGPT Integration, and set it to Active to start using the AI Agent.Private Feedback (Optional):
Here you can create up to five private responses for bulk submissions, designed to provide generic feedback to guests privately. This is an optional requirement.Default Private Feedback Response (Optional):

Generate 4 more responses with AI Agent:
If the AI Agent (ChatGPT) integration is enabled on your Homhero account, you can use it to generate 4 additional Private Feedback responses. To do this, you must provide at least one response in the first box (see point 9).
Note: If you’ve created an additional four private feedback responses, Homhero will randomly choose one of the five responses during the bulk submission process. -
Click Save.
Where to submit Host Reviews in Bulk
You can submit Host Reviews in bulk from three different pages:

Dashboard
All pending host reviews are displayed at the bottom of the Homhero Dashboard before the Dashboard Statistics. If there are no pending reviews, the Pending Reviews grid will not be shown.

Booking Engine > Reviews > Host Reviews
Host reviews can be accessed directly from the Global Host Reviews page. This is the central hub where you can view and manage all host reviews in one place. It shows pending, completed and expired reviews across all your listings.

Booking Engine > Listing > Reviews > Host Reviews
Each listing has its own Host Reviews page, allowing you to see reviews specific to that property. This is useful for tracking feedback at a listing level.
They all work exactly the same in terms of submission, however you can see all the current/past reviews from the Host Review page or via the selected Listing Host Review page, whereas the Dashboard will only display the recent pending reviews.
Bulk Submitting Host Reviews
Clicking Bulk Submit Good Guests will take you to the bulk submission menu, where you can see which guests are eligible for review and preview what will be submitted to them. By default, all guests are treated as Good Guests unless flagged otherwise on the reservation.
Reservations marked with the Bad Guest toggle will automatically be excluded from the Bulk Submit Good Guests process. Bad Guests are shown first, allowing you to review them before proceeding with Good Guests. Any reservation flagged as a Bad Guest will display the bad guest icon (see example below).
You can submit Host Reviews in bulk as per the following steps:
- Click the Dashboard and scroll down to Pending Host Reviews.

Click the Bulk Submit Good Guests button.
- Bad Guests Excluded from Bulk Review: If any guests have been flagged as bad, a pop-up with a red warning icon will appear at the top of the page, showing the number of flagged guests. Since bulk submissions are only allowed for good guests, flagged guests will need to be reviewed individually.
- Click Review if you would like to manually review each bad guest now, or skip this step and complete later.

Click Continue with # of Good Guests once you are happy to proceed.
- Bulk Submit Reviews for Good Guests - Review preview: Review fields will automatically populate for all pending reviews, using your Good Guest presets. Any reviews needing custom edits should be handled separately before proceeding with the bulk submission.
- Click the arrow icon in the top-right corner to open the Settings > Online Bookings/Quotes tab > Host Reviews Template page. This allows you to make any last-minute changes to your Host Review Template before completing the bulk submission.
- Click Submit Reviews to proceed with submitting all good guest reviews in bulk.
