STEP 3. Complete property details

Enter property descriptions

Once property setup is complete in RMS, owner have been connected properties and end of month expenses have been set up, Homhero support staff will connect the properties to Homhero and further setup is required as follows:

Select Booking Engine > Select Listings > Double click on the property you wish to edit

1. Enter Checkin Time if this differs from the one set in Settings
2. Enter Checkout Time if this differs from the one set in Settings
3. Enter a short description
4. Enter the detailed description
5. As soon as the website is created you can copy & paste your listing website URL in here. 
6. Select your Booking Type, either Instant Booking or Request to Book
7. Do you require Turnover Days for this listing? Toggle on if so & enter in the Turnover days
8. If using Seasonal LOS Rates, select which rate applies to this listing. 
9. External Ical link to go in here. External Icals are used if would like to feed availability from an external calendar  (Ical links are only update only on the calendar.) 
10. Select the property from Linked Areas (this is imperative - it forms the link between RMS and Homhero)
11. Enter the Property Address
12. Select Map to search for the property on Google Maps (Longitude and Latitude is provided)
    Select Save Location
13. This value is calculated from the quantity of Bedrooms you have in the Room Configuration tab. Please go through that tab to enter the information before you save. 
14. This value is calculated from the quantity of Bathrooms you have in the Room Configuration tab. Please go though that tab to enter these details first before you save. 
15. Enter the number of Guests Included in the Tariff. 
16. Enter the MAX amount of guests allowed. You are able set up a package to charge a fee for any guest over the "guests included" 
17. Select Categories from the list entered previously - see Add Master Category List
18. Select Features from the list entered previously - see Add Master Features List
19. Select any additional packages required.
