STEP 5. Room and Bathroom Configuration

Configure Rooms and Bathrooms

Once property setup is complete in RMS, owner has been connected to their property and end of month expenses have been set up, Homhero support staff will connect the properties to Homhero and further setup is required as follows:

Select Booking Engine > Select Listings > Double click on the property you wish to edit

1. Select the Room Configurations Tab
2. Select Add 
3. Enter Name of Bedrooms i.e. Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2 etc and enter Bed Configurations
4. Enter Bathrooms/toilet if they are not attached to any bedrooms.
   - In this case please tick the box saying it is located in the common area,
   - Name it as toilet for instance,
   - Leave all bed configurations "0" and
   - Assign the bathroom amenities accordingly. 
   NOTE: You will need a minimum of 1 full bathroom set on each Listing.
5. You are able to delete any row if you would like, click on the Trash Icon at the end of the line to do so.
   
   

Half/Full Bathroom Configurations

Half Bathroom
Please find some examples of Bathroom Amenities that make up a half bathroom:

- Bath/shower combined = 0.5
- Bath, Spa Bath, Shower or Outdoor Shower = 0.5
- Toilet or Bidet = 0.5

* A half bathroom consists of any bath or shower combination, without a toilet or bidet. Alternatively half bathrooms can also be either toilets or bidets, without a bath or shower.

Full Bathroom

Please find some examples of Bathroom Amenities that make up a full bathroom:

- Toilet, Bath = 1
- Toilet, Spa Bath = 1
- Toilet, Shower = 1
- Toilet, Outdoor Shower = 1
- Bidet, Spa Bath = 1
- Bidet, Spa Bath = 1
- Bidet, Shower = 1
- Bidet, Outdoor Shower = 1
- Bath/Shower Combined, Toilet = 1
- Bath/Shower Combined, Bidet = 1

* To make up a " full bathroom" you need to have either a bath and/or shower PLUS toilet and/or bidet
