1. In the HOMhero Cleaning App, click on the clean
The HOMhero Start a Clean Screen:
Area Details:
1. Area Name
2. Click the drop-down arrow to Assign a Cleaner to the clean or a different cleaner (only managers can do this).
3. Status of whether the area is Cleaned or not
4. Status of the Pre-Inspection
5. Status of the Pre-Maintenance
6. Lockbox code
Departure Details:
1. Reservation Number
2. Reservation Status
3. Departure day, date, month and time
4. Number of Adults
5. Number of Children
6. Number of Infants
7. Whether the reservation is an Owner reservation
8. Departure Notes
9. Housekeeping Notes
Arrival Details:
1. Reservation Number
2. Reservation Status
3. Arrival day, date, month and time
4. Departure day, date, month and time
5. Number of Nights
6. Number of Adults
7. Number of Children
8. Number of Infants
9. Whether the reservation is an Owner reservation
10. Arrival Notes
11. Departure Notes
12. Housekeeping Notes
Complete the clean check list
1. Click the drop-down arrow and select Yes or No if both keys collected, if No you will need to provide a reason
2. Click the drop-down arrow and select Yes or No if any light bulbs need replacing, if Yes you will need to provide more information on which lights need replacing
3. Click the drop-down arrow and select Yes or No if any maintenance needs to be reported, if Yes you will need to provide more details
4. Click the drop-down arrow and select Yes or No if there's any damage to report, if Yes you will need to provide more details
5. Enter any notes about the clean
6. Click Take Photo to add photos of the clean or any damages
7. Click Complete
