General Settings - Rates and Availability

This article will explain your Rates & Availability Settings.

1. 1. Click Settings from the Homhero side menu.
   2. Select General Settings > Rates & Availability tab.
   3. Manage Rates in Homhero - Click this toggle on to give you the ability to conduct rate overrides and management of your rates directly in Homhero.
   4. Limit Forward Availability - Click this toggle to limit your forward availability.
   5. Click to toggle on Round Rates Up (Quoting) ceiling rounding.
   6. Week Limit - How far in advance would you like to be able to set up your rates? Enter the number of weeks you would like to limit the forward availability for. If this field is not set, this defaults to 13 months (56 weeks). 
      
      Note: RMS always sends us at least 2 years of availability (104 weeks), therefore if you are setting the Week Limit to 52 weeks this can lead to issues with incorrect availability showing in Homhero for dates in advance. Homhero recommends to set the Week Limit default as 104 weeks to alleviate any availability issues that arise after you have gone live.
      
      
   7. Enter in the number of Default Turnover days. See article here on what a turnover day is and where this can be set if you are only wanting this for a specific listing or season.
   8. Click Save.
