This article will explain where to locate the list of your RMS Sundries via Homhero. Sundries are required in Homhero for the setup of OTA Commissions, Packages, Security Deposits, Credit Card Fees and to pay your Third Party Clients (Creditors) using the Invoice Scanning tool or Owner Bulk Charges.
Note: All Sundries must be synced from RMS. If you are after instructions on how to create a Sundry, please click here
- Click Settings from your Homhero side menu.
- Select General Settings > Sundries tab.
- Use the Search field to search for a particular Sundry.
- Click the Show Inactive toggle to view inactive Sundries.
- Click Sync From RMS to sync all Sundries from RMS into Homhero. This step should be done every time you edit or create a new Sundry in RMS.
- This is the Name of each Sundry.
- If the sundry has been set up in the trust accounting system to split out tax on any charge transaction created with it, this will appear in the Has Taxes column.
- If your Sundry is mapped to a Third Party Client in RMS, the Third Party Link will display here.
- Select your Account Type here; Accomm or Extras.
- Select which Category this Sundry falls under from the drop down. The categories are
General, Cleaning, Linen, or Security Deposit. - Click the Owner Income check box if this is an Owner Income Sundry.
- Click the Exclude OTA Balance check box if you would like to exclude this Sundry item from being included in the OTA balance for specific OTA reservations.
- Click Save.
