Field Maintenance

Before going to Field Maintenance - set up a new labels called Long Term Tariff and Legacy ID

  1. Type Labels in Menu Search and select Setup + Property Options + Labels
  2. Select Reservation
  3. In selection 9 type Long Term Tariff
  4. In selection 10 type Legacy ID
  5. Select Save & Exit
  6. Log out of RMS and Log Back in for the changes to take effect

Select Setup + Users + Field Maintenance

  1. Type Field in Menu Search and under Setup and Users select Field Maintenance 
  2. In the Reservation Details Column ensure that Long Term is On
  3. Under Client Details move Email 2 to be under Email1
  4. Move Client Type to be under Mobile
  5. Move Property to be under Client Type
  6. In the reservation Detail Column Turn off the Save On tick mark next to Res by and move Legacy ID under Res by
  7. Select Save and Exit
