If you have any Homhero users that are having TFA issues, whether it be an issue related to their mobile or if they have lost their phone and they need to connect their new phone number to Homhero, you do have the ability to reset your Two Factor Authentication.
This can only be completed by Homhero users with a Super Admin user profile as per below:
- Click Staff Access from your Homhero side menu.
- Click the Edit Pencil icon or double click on the user to open it.
- On the 'Staff Edit' page click RESET TFA.
Note: Please click here to read our article on Editing Staff Members. - On the Confirmation pop-up, click Yes to proceed.
Next time the staff member logs into Homhero using the password option, they will be required to setup the Two Factor Authentication app again.
