This article will explain how to edit a Staff Member's access in Homhero.
This can only be completed by Homhero users with a Super Admin user profile as per below:
- Click Staff Access from your Homhero side menu.
- Click the Staff or Maintenance tab.
- Click the Edit Pencil icon or double click on the user you would like to edit.
- On the 'Staff Edit' page change the user details as required.
Note: To deactivate Homhero users, please turn the Active toggle off before clicking Save. - Click Save.
Editing Staff in Shared Homhero Databases
If you attempt to edit a staff user profile and you receive the below Warning message, this means this staff member is setup in multiple Homhero databases. In this case, you will need to contact support@homhero.com.au to request any changes to be made.
