Entering Registration and Compliance Information

Regulatory Compliance
The Regulatory Compliance feature is only supported for NSW and WA properties. 

Please follow the below steps to enter the registration and compliance details in Homhero.

1. Click Property Management from the Homhero side menu.
2. Navigate to the Regulatory Compliance tab 
3. Enter the Permit Number (Mandatory)
4. Enter the Registration Expiry (Mandatory)
5. Enter the FSS Expiry (Optional)
6. Enter the Pool Compliance Expiry (Optional)
7. Enter the Insurance Expiry (Optional)
8. Enter the Registration Policy # (Optional)

9. If you have a property that is exempt from the STRA regulations, click in the Exemption Reason space and choose an exemption reason from the following drop-down options:
   
   - Hotel/Motel
   - Serviced Apartment
   - Backpacker Accommodation
   - Camping Ground
   - Eco Tourist Facility
   - Exempt LGA
   
   
   
   Why is my property not showing under Regulatory Compliance?
   If your property does not have an address set up on the Area settings or the state where the property is located does not enforce compliance, it will NOT show up this space.

   What areas shows under Regulatory Compliance?
   The grid will always show all Active "Areas" with "Area Regulation" linked to them, unless there is something entered in the search field.
   
   When using the search field, the grid will also show ''Inactive Areas" with "Area Regulation" linked to them. In this case, you can still search for any of the following STRA fields when an Inactive Area is being searched:
   
   - Area Name
   - Permit Number
   - Address
   - Suburb
   - Postcode
