Before you start connecting your individual Airbnb listings, you will need to ensure your global Airbnb settings are setup. These settings will feed through to each Airbnb listing where required, however if you change any of this information on the individual Airbnb listing level, that change will override these global settings.
These settings can be accessed as per the following steps:
- Click Channel Management > Connections from the Homhero side menu
- Click the Airbnb Spanner Icon
- Click the Green Pencil Icon (Edit Options)

Interaction - Add whether and how you will be available to help throughout the day

Update Listing Address - When a listing address is changed in Homhero but not in Airbnb, Airbnb will reject any content updates until the addresses are matching on both sides. This is a backup setting used to help bypass these errors to be able to control the Listing address with future updates.
You can choose from the following options:
N/A - Not applicable
Allow Update - This will push all Listing addresses through with future updates
Do Not Update - This will ignore all Listing addresses with future updates (Select this to push through pending updates if the addresses are not matching between Homhero and Airbnb)
Note: We recommend setting this as N/A until this feature is required

Hide Exact Address - Whether or not to show the listing map location accurately to potential guests. The exact map location is available to confirmed guests. System Default is to hide address.
N/A - This is the default setting which will hide the exact address on Airbnb
No - This will show the exact address on Airbnb
Yes - This will hide the exact address on Airbnb

Cancellation Policy - Select a default Cancellation Policy to apply to all Airbnb listings

House Rules - Add House Rules to explain how guests are required to behave

Instant Booking Allowed Category - This defines the category of the guest that can make Instant Book requests. Anyone who doesn't meet these requirements can still send a reservation request.

Instant Booking Welcome Message - When a guest books instantly, they'll see this greeting while they're booking. Use this setting to greet the guest and gather info about their trip

Non-Refundable Price Factor - Use this field to apply discounts if a listing is booked with the "Non-refundable" option.
Discount applied can be between 0-100%. A value of 10 will be 10% discount.

Rate Lift - This is where you will need to setup a Rate Lift to cover any commission charged from Airbnb

Extra Person Price - Add an Extra Person Price if applicable for each additional person beyond the guests included. This figure can only range between $5 to $300 per person

Cleaning Fee - Add a Cleaning Fee if applicable. This will be displayed separately to the Base Rate. Only fixed values are accepted between $5 to $600

Resort Fee - Add a Resort Fee if applicable. This will be included in the stay price

Note: As Airbnb does not support itemised Packages from Homhero, they must be setup through the Default Airbnb Settings (If they apply to all Listings) or on the individual Airbnb settings instead

Check In Option Category - This setting describes how guests are required to check in if it's the same process for all Airbnb listings. Leave blank if each Airbnb listing differs:

- Lockbox

Check In Option Instruction - Add Instructions here only if you have selected a 'Check In Option Category' in the previous setting

Max Booking Lead Time - The maximum numbers of days in advance that the room can be booked. Allowed values are 0, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, 240, 270, 300, 330, 365, sets all days in the next three years available

Check In Time End - What is the latest time the guest can check in between 8am to 2am?
(25 and 26 are 1am and 2am for the next day)

Booking Lead Time (hours) - The minimum number of hours in advance (before midnight of the night being booked) that the room can be booked. Allowed values are 0 - 24, 48, 72, 168

Allow Request To Book - Do you allow reservation requests for bookings with shorter notice?
0 = No
1 = Yes

Turn Over Days - How many days are required between bookings to avoid back to back bookings? The supported values are 0, 1 and 2

Default Min Nights - What would you like to make as the Default Min Nights, if there is issues with the connection? This is a fail safe setting as all Min Nights pull from the Listing Rates setup

Default Max Nights - What would you like to make as the Default Max Nights, if there are issues with the connection? This is a fail safe setting as all Max Nights pull from the Listing Rates setup

Default Weekend Min Nights - What would you like to make as the Default Weekend Min Nights, if there are issues with the connection. This is a fail safe setting as all Min Nights pull from the Listing Rates setup
- Click Save when complete
