This article will explain how to login to Zendesk for the first time. You will need to be logged in if you would like to leave a Feature Suggestion or comment on an existing one. Once you are signed in, you can also view any existing Support Requests that you have logged with HOMHERO Support.
You can sign in from the following options:
- Sign in with Google - This will prompt you to login through Google.
- Sign in with your Email and password generated from Zendesk
Note: This is not the password you currently use to login to the Homhero system.
If you have NEVER communicated with our support staff via the Zendesk support ticketing system, click Sign Up and follow the below steps:
1. Add Your full name
2. Add Your email
3. Click Sign up again
4. You should receive a pop up message advising you to 'Check your email'. Click Close
5. Go to your emails and click the verification link.
6. The link should direct you back to Zendesk. Enter Your password
7. Click Set password once you have met the password requirements
8. If you have completed this successfully, you will see your name in the top right corner of Zendesk. This means you are logged in.
If you have communicated with our support staff through emails previously, you're already registered, however you probably don't have a password yet. In this case, click Get a password and follow the below steps:
1. Enter your Email
2. Click Submit
3. You should receive a pop up message advising you to 'Check your email for a reset link'. Click Close
4. Go to your emails and click the verification link.
5. The link should direct you back to Zendesk. Enter your New password
6. Click Change password
7. If you have completed this successfully, you will see your name in the top right corner of Zendesk. This means you are logged in.
