How to connect to HVMB

1. Connect Account
2. Complete your global settings
3. Map listing features
4. Create HVMB booking source 
5. Setup Correspondence Schedules
6. Setup Packages
7. Connect each listing

Step 1. Connect Account
Homhero > Channel Management > Connections > HVMB > Connect Account

Please reach out to your HVMB Account Manager for the below requirements:

1. Enter the HMC ID
2. Enter the HMC Name
3. Enter the HMC Email
4. Enter the Rate Lift % 
5. Click Connect

Step 2. Complete Default HVMB Settings for all Listings
Channel Management > Connections > HVMB > Spanner Icon > Edit Options

How to setup your DEFAULT HVMB Settings

• Details - Set Global Amenities and House Rules
• Booking Settings- Set Global Cancellation Policy
• Availability - Set Minimum and Maximum Booking Offset
• Pricing - Set Rate Lift to fully cover the HVMB Commission

Step 3. Map Listing Features
Booking Engine > Listings > MANAGE > Features

How to set up a Features list

• Map any Homhero features to the associated HVMB Feature

Step 4. Create HVMB Booking Source 
Please add HVMB as a new Booking Source.

Settings > General Settings > Booking Sources

How to setup Booking Sources

• Add HVMB as a new Booking source in RMS then sync this to Homhero
• Select the 'Default Source For' as HVMB
• No Commission Sundry or % is required
• Select Exclude Balance and Bond

Step 5. Setup Correspondence Schedules
Setup new or edit existing Correspondence Schedules to include HVMB listings.

Step 6. Setup Packages
Setup new or edit existing Packages to include HVMB listings.
Note: Please ensure all packages that are allocated to HVMB listings have HVMB selected as the Booking Source under the OTA Options tab.

Step 7. Connect Each Listing
Booking Engine > Listings > HVMB OTA Icon

• Not all properties will be accepted via this connection, so please check with HVMB first to clarify which properties will be approved before commencing the setup
• Enter HVMB Listing ID if you would like to connect to an existing HVMB Listing
• To create a new listing leave the HVMB Listing ID blank
• Fill out listing information then Save and Publish
