Do stop sells get sent to Breezeway?
Stop sells are not sent to Breezeway. They are used solely within Homhero to restrict or limit availability and do not function as a booking, reservation, or task-related block. As stop sells are purely an availability control and do not require any operational action, they are intentionally excluded from being shared with Breezeway.
What about maintenance blocks — are those sent to Breezeway?
Yes, maintenance blocks are sent to Breezeway. They behave similarly to a reservation in Homhero and indicate that work or action is required on the property.
Does Breezeway Have a Mobile App?
Breezeway can be easily accessed through our mobile apps (both Android and Apple) as well as desktop. Additionally, Breezeway's mobile apps have off-line syncing and can be used even without WiFi connection. Our app adapts the experience to account for linguistic, cultural and technical differences from one country to the next and have the experience remain consistent regardless of the user's native country, or language. Our mobile app is available in 10 languages.
Is Breezeway Available in My Location?
Breezeway is available worldwide, and is currently used in over 80 different countries.
Does Breezeway Have a Cancelation Policy?
Breezeway's contracts are annual (billed monthly) with a 60-day cancelation term.
How much does Breezeway cost?

Does the Breezeway connection automatically updates the Clean Status in HomHero?
The connection of Homhero to Breezeway is one way communication and starts from Homhero's end always. Homhero doesn't get any update back from Breezeway about anything. So, if you need to get the clean status updated you will need to do it manually in Homhero.
