How to connect to PriceLabs

PriceLabs is a leading provider of innovative and easy-to-use dynamic pricing and revenue management solutions for the rental industry. Our data-driven approach, automation rules, and customizations help increase revenues efficiently and quickly. 

When actively syncing with Homhero, PriceLabs can send dynamic prices, minimum stay, check-in and check-out restrictions to your listings for dates up to 540 days from today.

In this article, we will show you how to connect your PriceLabs account with Homhero. You will need to have a PriceLabs account created first before you can connect to Homhero.

Step 1
Before importing your Homhero listings in PriceLabs, you will need to add PriceLabs in the Homhero Market Place as per the following steps:
 

1. Click Market Place from the Homhero side menu
2. Click the PriceLabs Icon
3. Turn the Active toggle on
4. Copy the Account Reference
5. Click Save
   
   
   
    

Step 2
Integrating Homhero with your PriceLabs account is simple and can be done by following these simple steps: 

1. Click here to login to your PriceLabs account then click the "Connect via PMS Instead''.
2. Under ''What would you like to connect to?'', select PMS / Channel Manager.
3. Select Homhero from the drop-down.
4. Enter your Account ID. This is the Homhero Account Reference as copied from the Homhero. Market Place.
5. Add Address to Listing Name. Enabling this option will append the listing address to the listing name.
6. Click "Connect" and you should see your Homhero listings on your PriceLabs dashboard!
   
   
   

Step 3

Click through our Getting Started Guide, schedule an onboarding call with the PriceLabs team or join one of our Intro to PriceLabs Live Training Sessions to get a good tour of the system. When you're happy with your rates, you can toggle the sync switches to the green on position and wait for our regular nightly sync, or press the Sync Now button to push your rates to Homhero. 

Additional Notes
If you do experience errors pushing a listing through to PriceLabs, this may be due to your setup in Homhero. Please ensure the following items are setup correctly in Homhero:

Forward Availability - You will need to have available dates to be booked for each listing in Homhero to be able to manage the pricing via PriceLabs.

Default Daily Rates - This means that in order for your listing to push across successfully, there needs to be an actual rate set in Homhero for each date in advance. Please view our article here on how to enter your Default Daily Rates.

Once your Default Daily Rates have been added, please ensure you complete a Manual OTA Resync of your Rates via RMS to update the rates in Homhero.
