How does dynamic pricing work differently than static pricing?
Dynamic pricing takes out the tedious guesswork, uncertainty, and stress caused by static pricing. It has the ability to meet demand where it’s at - automatically increasing or decreasing the price of your listing based on historical and real-time data, all done on a daily basis.
The problem with static pricing is that it either leaves a lot of money on the table or vacancies remain too high. Dynamic pricing reacts in real-time to make sure you are maximizing revenue and occupancy.
Why do you charge a dynamic fee instead of a flat fee?
Our fee structure is dynamic because we want to align our success with yours. You only pay for the dynamic pricing tool when actual bookings are made. If reservations get canceled, you will get your money back via credits in your account.
Additionally, we have zero up-front or onboarding fees. We aren’t trying to make a quick buck. We want to be in long-term partnerships with all of our customers. Again, your success is our success.
Why don't you have coverage in my city?
A core component of our dynamic pricing model is that we view each individual market on its own merits. We have a revenue management team that hand-launches each market we are in, and they proactively manage the pricing algorithm in that market based on changes in supply and demand. Other dynamic pricing models out there take a one-size-fits-all approach and don't take into consideration the nuances and unique situations of each market. We leverage data from 340,000 listings in 7,500 cities around the globe that helps us refine our dynamic pricing algorithm to be more accurate and effective.

Since Beyond Pricing takes 1% and this cost is passed onto guests, where and when should they update this in Homhero?
The pass-through fee should be configured as a Package in Homhero, and it should be set up before connecting and syncing Beyond Pricing with Homhero.
The property has 'Fixed' Seasonal LOS pricing set in Homhero. Will these work with Beyond Pricing's dynamic pricing?
No, when Beyond Pricing is connected to Homhero, the fixed LOS pricing will automatically disable and disconnect from the listing. To ensure compatibility with Beyond Pricing’s dynamic pricing model, your Seasonal LOS settings will need to be switched to 'Percentage' LOS pricing in Homhero.
What happens to BRM (Base Rate Multiplier) when Beyond updates pricing?
When Beyond sends updated pricing for a property, BRM is automatically disabled for the dates that have been updated. The rate pushed to OTAs and your website will reflect the exact rate from Beyond, so there’s no need to manually disable BRM.
What should I do if I stop using Beyond and want to manage rates manually again?
If you choose to stop using Beyond, you can re-enable BRM on the dates you wish to manage manually. This can be done across all listings, allowing you to start using your seasonal BRMs again as needed.
Does Beyond support Multi-Allotments?
Yes, you can seamlessly connect and manage your multi-unit properties directly through Beyond. This feature helps property managers optimize occupancy by syncing pricing across identical listings, ensuring you capture the best rates at the right time to maximize revenue. Find out more here!
Is there a way to view search data trends and track what guests are searching for on my direct booking website using Beyond Pricing?
Yes, there is! A great solution is Beacon by Beyond — a smart widget that can be added to your website to help you track guest search behavior and unlock powerful Search Data Trends. This feature also enables Search-Powered Pricing, allowing you to optimise rates based on real-time demand.
Beacon integrates directly with your property data via Homhero and can be installed on most websites, including those built with WordPress, Squarespace, or via Google Tag Manager.
