How to login to Homhero

This article will explain how to login to Homhero via 4 x different methods:

1. Login with Two Factor Authentication.
2. Login with Office 365.
3. Login with Zoho.
4. Login with Google.
   

Login with Two Factor Authentication
Homhero uses a Two-Factor Authentication to strengthen the security of your Homhero account.
If you are having issues signing into Homhero through your Two Factor Authentication (TFA), you may need to reset your TFA first and follow the steps below. 

In addition, please ensure your Staff Access is set up correctly in Homhero.

1. Enter your Email or Username.
2. Enter your Password that is setup in Staff Access.
3. Click Login.
   
   Note: If you have forgotten your Password, click 'I Forgot' to set a new Password.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Setup Two Factor Authentication.
   
   
   
   
5. You will need to install an Authenticator app on your mobile device using one of the options below:
   
   
   • Authy for iOS, Android Chrome, OS X
   • FreeOTP for iOS, Android and Peeble
   • Google Authenticator for iOS
   • Google Authenticator for Android
   • Google Authenticator for Blackberry
   • Google Authenticator (port) on Windows app store
   • Microsoft Authenticator for Windows Phone
   • 1Password for iOS, Android, OSX, Windows
     
     
6. Once you have downloaded one of the above Apps, scan the QR code showing on your Homhero screen into your mobile device.
7. Click OK.
   
   
   
   
8. Enter the 6 Digit Code generated from your Authenticator App on your mobile device.
9. Click Submit.
   
   
   

Login with Office 365, Google or Zoho
If your email is linked to an Office 365, Google/GMAIL account or Zoho account, there is no need to login via TFA. In this case, please follow the below steps:

1. Login with Office 365: You will need to ensure your email is configured with Outlook/Office 365 and this email matches your Staff profile in Homhero.
2. Login with Zoho: You will need to ensure your email is configured with Zoho and this email matches your Staff profile in Homhero.
3. Login with Google: You will need to ensure your email is configured with Gmail/Google and this email matches your Staff profile in Homhero.

If you have logged into Homhero successfully, it will display the dashboard as per the example below.
