Vrbo Reservation Mapping

This article will explain the process required to map all current and future dated Reservations in Homhero to Vrbo. This is required if you are completing a software switch.

Step 1
In Homhero: Create reservations from your old software into Homhero (if not already completed)

Step 2
In Homhero: Attribute all Vrbo reservations to the Vrbo booking source. This will allow Vrbo to see all bookings in your Homhero software.

Step 3
In Vrbo Reservation Mapping Spreadsheet: Provide the Vrbo ID (New Reservation External ID)
from Homhero into Column L for the corresponding bookings. This will include both imported and manually entered Vrbo reservations.

To locate the Vrbo Id, you must add this field as an additional column to your Reservations List. The Vrbo Id will only display if the reservation is attributed to Vrbo.

Step 4
In Homhero: Ensure all Unconfirmed bookings are updated to Confirmed in Homhero
