How to map OTA Features

This article will explain how to map your features. This step is essential before connecting to platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, StayMakers, HVMB, and Google Hotels.

Please follow the below steps:

On the Manage Features page, click the edit pencil next to the feature you want to map. For this example we will use the ''Air conditioning'' feature.
Airbnb = Air conditioning

Homhero supports Airbnb Amenity Attributes, allowing some amenities to display additional options for more flexibility. For example, the Air Conditioning feature will offer different A/C options, including:

- Central
- Portable
- Floor Cooling
- Window AC unit
- Split type ductless

Note: The attributes selected in your global feature list will be set as the default when they are synced to your Airbnb listings.

Booking.com = Air conditioning
Vrbo = Air Conditioner
Staymakers = Air Conditioning
HVMB = Air Conditioning
Google = Air Conditioning
Click Update to save the changes

Note: You do not need to map a Feature to an OTA if you do not use it. Additionally, some Features may not be recognised by certain OTAs. In these cases, you can leave them blank.
If you hover over the feature you've just mapped, you'll see a list of the amenities mapped to each OTA, along with their respective attributes.
Once you've completed the feature mapping, remember to sync the changes to your OTA listings. If do you leave the page without completing this step, Homhero will remind you to update your OTA listings.
