The Guest Agreement, also known as your Terms & Conditions is a requirement that needs to be setup if you are using the Vrbo connection or the HOMHERO Online Registration feature.
This is usually setup when onboarding to Homhero, however if this is not done, there are two areas where you can add/update your Guest Agreement.
Property Management - Properties tab
- Click Property Management from the Homhero side menu
- Click the Properties tab
- Double click to open your property
4. Click the Guest Agreement tab
5. Copy and paste your Guest Agreement. If you are connected with Vrbo, please ensure your Guest Agreement does not include any of the following information:
- Phone numbers
- Emails
- Website address
- URLs/Links
6. Click Save
Property Management - Areas tab
If you have a Guest Agreement (Lease Agreement) that differs for a particular property, this will override the Guest Agreement in your global settings under the Properties tab. You can add or update this as per the following steps:
- Click Property Management from the Homhero side menu
- Stay on the default tab called 'Areas (Rooms/Houses)'
- Double click to open your property
- Click the Guest Agreement tab
- Copy and paste your Guest Agreement here which will override the Guest Agreement you have in the "Properties" tab as mentioned above
Please note: Vrbo will only use the global Guest Agreement, however this Guest Agreement will feed through to your Online Check In when a guest books this particular property - Click Save
IMPORTANT
When updating your Guest Agreement, please also update the Booking Terms and Conditions in your Homhero Online Booking Settings. This will ensure the same Terms & Conditions reflects in all areas of Homhero.
