The Saved Filters feature helps you manage day-to-day tasks more easily and efficiently on the Reservations List screen. If you frequently use the same filter, you can save it by following the steps below, making it quick and simple to load whenever needed.
How to create a Saved Filter
- Click Reservations > List from the Homhero side menu.
- Click Advanced Search.
- Apply your desired filters (e.g. Status: Unconfirmed).
- Click the Saved Filters drop-down.
- Select Save Current Filter.
- Enter a Title for the Saved Filter.
- Enable the Set as Global toggle if you want all staff to access this Saved Filter (leave off if this filter is only for you).
- Click Save.
How to view a Saved Filter
- Go to Reservations > List from the Homhero side menu
- Click the Saved Filters drop-down

How to modify a Saved Filter
- Click Reservations > List from the Homhero side menu.
- Click the Saved Filters drop-down.

Select the Saved Filter you want to update.
- Click the Cog icon
(change columns position)
or - Click and hold the left mouse button on the column header.
- A pop-up box on the right-hand side will appear.
- The blue eye icon
means these columns are currently visible, clicking this icon will make this column disappear from the reservation list.
- The grey eye icon
means these columns are hidden, clicking this icon will make this column appear on the reservation list.
- To change the order of the columns, click and hold the left mouse button on the hamburger icon
(three grey lines) and drag the columns up and down to adjust their order.
- Click Done when completed.
- Open the Saved Filters drop-down again.
- Select Save Current Filter.
- Click Existing Filter dropdown.
- Select the Saved Filter that you want to overwrite.
- Click Save.
- Here is the final result. In this example, the 'Status' column has been removed and replaced with the new 'Information' column.
