The Reservations List will show all of your reservations in Homhero. This article explains step by step how to use the search function, filters, communicate and tools within the reservations list.
- Select Reservations > List from the HomHero side menu.
- Search - You can search for a specific reservation by typing in the guest/area/booking ID or source.
- X - this will clear your search/filters and show the full list of bookings again.
- Refresh - click to make any new bookings drop into the list.
- Export - click to export the list to excel

Advanced Search - this allows you to search the reservations list with a range of filters including:
- Filter Options - Select the relevant filter type.
- Arrival Date - Click the calendar to select the arrival date.
- Between - Use the dropdown to select the Exact or Between dates.
- Departing Date - Click the calendar to select the departing date.
- Online Registration - Use the dropdown to filter bookings by whether online registration is complete (Yes) or not (No).
- Booking Status - Use the dropdown to filter reservations that are associated to one or more booking statuses.
- Booking Source - Use the dropdown to filter reservations that are associated to one or more booking sources.
- Area/Property name - Use the dropdown to filter reservations for one or more properties.
- Booking Total - Use the dropdown to filter the booking total of reservations.
- Booking Paid - Use the dropdown to filter reservations that are paid.
- Current Booking Balance - Use the dropdown to filter reservations with a current booking balance.
- Security Deposit - Use the dropdown to filter reservations with a security deposit.
- Security Deposit Paid - Use the dropdown to filter reservations with a security deposit paid.
- Security Deposit Owing - Use the dropdown to filter reservations with a security deposit owing.
- Promo Code - Use the dropdown to filter reservations assigned to one or more promo codes.
- Assigned Staff - Use the dropdown to filter reservations assigned to one or more staff members.
- Long Term - Toggle ON to display 'Long Term Bookings' longer than 28 days.
- Is VCC Booking - Click Yes to filter VCC reservations from Booking.com.

Clean Required
- Click Yes to view bookings that require a clean.
- Clck No to view bookings where a clean is not required.

Saved Filters – Use this section to save your favourite reservations lists.
- Save your current filter settings.
- Delete any saved filter you no longer need.

View all existing saved filters.

Communicate – Use this button to send bulk emails or SMS messages to guests.
- Select one ore more bookings on the left that you would like to communicate with.
- Click the Communicate
- Choose Schedule - click drop down to select existing schedule.
- Choose Template - click drop down to select existing template.
- Send Email - this will default as ON, toggle OFF if no email required.
- Enable GMail support - toggle ON if required.
- Add Email Subject if required.
- Add Email message if required.
- Enable SMS - this will default as ON, toggle OFF if no SMS required.
- Add SMS message.
- SMS Merge Field - Insert Merge Field if required
- Enable OTA Message - this will default as ON, toggle OFF if not required.
- Add OTA message.
- OTA Message Merge Field - Insert Merge Field if required.
- Click Send Now to send the message to your Guests.
- Cog Icon - Click to customise the column layout on the reservations list.

Tools - tick bookings on the left and click to show tools.

Assign Staff - click drop down to select staff name > click Assign staff.
- Forward Bookings - print forward bookings report onto a PDF.

Print from template - click drop down to choose template > toggle on for header > Choose paper size > click generate.

Change status - this tool allows you to bulk change the status of bookings from Confirmed to Arrived OR from Arrived to Departed. Click Change Now to confirm.

Create Check-in - this tool bypasses the standard Guest Online Checkin process and treats the booking like a submitted and validated checkin. Click Yes to confirm.

Reset schedules - this tool resends all schedules to the selected bookings. Click Reset to confirm.

Assign Staff - click drop down to select staff name > click Assign staff.

Columns - these are the default columns that will appear on the reservations list
- RMS ID - this is also your Homhero Booking ID.
- OTA Booking # - this is the OTA reference number.
- Information - This will show the current Booking Status.
- Entered - when the booking was entered into Homhero.
- Arrival - arrival date.
- Departure - departure date.
- Payment Date - final payment date.
- Summary - guest name and listing name.
- Occupancy - how many adults, children and infants on the booking.
- Pets - how many pets on the booking.
- Base Tariff - tariff before packages.
- Packages - packages total.
- Total - booking total.
- Paid - current paid amount.
- Balance - current balance owing.
- Security Deposit - bond amount to be paid (amount of bond that has already been paid).
- Online Registration - if registration has been completed, Yes (green) or No (red).

Actions Pencil - click to open the reservation screen, or send a message via email or SMS.
