STEP 8. Sync and Activate your Property in Homhero

Once you have finished setting up your Standard and Owner Rates in RMS, please head to Homhero and follow the below steps:
 

Property Management - Sync Area

  1. Select Property Management from the Homhero side menu
  2. Click the Sync Areas button in the top bar (this will sync the Area, Owner and Account ID from RMS)
  3. Wait for the Notification to appear as Successful in the top right hand corner

    Note: This can take approximately 1 minute to sync depending on how many areas you have

     
  4. Click the Refresh icon to push the Property through from RMS

Booking Engine/Listings - Setup and Activate Listing
Your property will automatically sync to the Listings page, however it will be inactive. 

  1. Select Booking Engine and then click Listings from the Homhero side menu
  2. Click the Show Hidden button to locate your inactive Property
  3. Locate the Listing and click the Edit Pencil icon or double click it to open it


     
  4. Turn the Active toggle on 
  5. Complete all information under the Details tab

    - Details
    - Settings
    - Address Details (This is the address that feeds directly to the OTA's)
    - Capacity (Bedrooms and Bathrooms must be configured from the Room Configurations tab)
    - Additional Information (Category, Features, Packages)



     

  6. Click the Images tab and add all Images for this listing. How to upload Listing Images

  7. Click the Room Configurations tab to add the bedrooms and bathrooms. Room and Bathroom Configuration

     
  8. Head back to the Details tab then click Save

    Note: If you have not filled in all required fields, you will need to do this before saving your Listing

    Once the above steps are completed, head back to RMS and proceed to Step 9. Map your Properties in RMS to Homhero
