Homhero uses a new Homhero API in RMS, which works as push service to Homhero. This means that moving forward we cannot request a full ARI (availability, rates and Inventory) update from Homhero using the Sync Rates Allotment button. ARI can only be pushed from RMS when required using the Manual OTA Resync option.
Reasons why you would use this feature:
- If you are moving the management of rates to Homhero
- If you have setup a new property with a new Rate Type and you have forgotten to sync the Rate Type to Homhero prior to STEP 10. Map Rate Type and complete Property Management setup
- If you added a Default Daily Rate to a listing in Homhero and you would like this rate to apply to all dates in advance
- If you notice a discrepancy with the availability between Homhero and RMS
Please follow the below steps:
- Select Setup > Online Bookings > Channel Management
- Double click on the Homhero API Channel option
- Under Area/Rate Mapping, click Manual OTA Resync
- Select the Date Range - We recommend to always set this to 2 years which is the maximum time in advance you can re-push ARI (Availability, Rates, Inventory) to Homhero
- Select the Room Type that applies. You can also sync all listings if you need to sync more than one listing. Examples provided below.
- Select the Tariff Type that applies. You can only sync one Tariff Type per listings or ALL listings
- Click Apply
IMPORTANT: A manual re-sync can only be performed (up to once every 30 minutes)

The Sync Rates/Allotment button in Homhero no longer works on the new Homhero API and this will be deprecated in a future update.
