Once you have finished mapping your Property in RMS, you will need to head back to Homhero and map the Rate Type manually to the Listing. You can then proceed with finalising the setup of this Property in Homhero.
Booking Engine/Listings - Map Rate Type
- Select Booking Engine and then click Listings from the Homhero side menu
- Locate the Listing and click the red web icon to open up the Web Rate Plan box
- Select the ''Standard Rate / Base Rate'' Rate Type that has synced from RMS
Note: If the Rate Type has not synced over, please check your Rate Type Settings to make sure this Rate Type has previously been synced to Homhero. You may need to complete a Manual OTA Sync if this process has not been followed correctly - Click Update
- The web icon should turn green if done correctly
Property Management - Complete Setup
- Select Property Management from the Homhero side menu
- Locate the Property and click the Edit Pencil icon or double click it to open it
- Complete the Property Management Setup for this Property then click Save
- Regulatory Compliance - If your property is listed in NSW and the owner has registered their STRA property, you will need to add the 'STRA Permit Number' under the 'Regulatory Compliance' tab.

Contacts/Owner - Generate Portal Pin
- Generate a new Portal Pin for the Owner of this Property. Go to Contacts > Owners > locate the Owner and click the Refresh Icon under the Portal Pin column to generate a Pin
Once the above steps are completed, you can proceed to Step 11. Setup your Rates in Homhero
If you manage your Rates in RMS, skip the next step and proceed to Step 12. Connect your Listing to your website
