How to change questions on your review link

This article explains how to change, add, or edit review questions that appear on your Homhero review link. Review questions are managed using Booking Fields and can be updated either globally for all properties or individually for a specific property.

How to Change Review Questions for All Properties (Global)

Use this method if you want the same review questions to apply across all properties.

1. Click Property Management from the Homhero side menu
2. Navigate to the Properties tab
3. Click the Green Pencil to the right of your property name
   
   
    
4. Open the Booking Fields tab
5. Click + Add to create a new review question
   • A blank row will appear in the list
6. Click once in the Name column and enter the review field name
7. Click the green pencil icon to edit the field details
8. Complete the settings as follows:
   • Mandatory – Toggle On if the guest must answer this question
   • Cleaner Visible – Leave Off
   • Name – Enter the subject of the review (e.g. Cleanliness, Facilities)
   • Field Type – Select Review
   • Type – Choose how the guest will respond:
     • Text – Written response
     • Checkbox – Multiple selections
     • Select One – Single selection
     • Select One or More – Multiple selections
     • Rating – 1–5 star rating
     • Multi Checkbox – Multiple checkboxes
     • Radio – Single option only
   • Instructions / Description – Enter the review question as the guest should see it

9. Click Save
   
   
   
   How to Change Review Questions for an Individual Property

   Use this option if you want custom review questions for a specific property.

   1. Click Property Management from the Homhero side menu
   2. Navigate to the Areas (Rooms / Houses) tab
   3. Double-click on the relevant property
   4. Open the Booking Fields tab
   5. Add or edit review questions using the same steps outlined above

   Review questions created at this level will apply only to the selected property.

• Review questions appear on the review link sent to guests after their stay
• Ensure the Field Type is always set to Review for questions to appear correctly
