How to Add a new Contractor or Handyman

This article will detail how to add a new contractor / handyman in Homhero so that they can have access to the staff app.

  1. Select Staff Access from your Homhero side menu.
  2. Click on the + icon at the top left of the page.
  3. Type - Select the Handy Man/Contractor staff type option.
  4. Add the Name, Contact Number, and Email Address details of the new staff.
  5. If the contractor will be creating invoices via the app, ensure that the ABN, Company Name and GST Settings are completed (Optional).
  6. If you would like invoices and charges to feed through to RMS on an owner account, link up with the RMS Third Party and Corresponding Sundry Charge (Optional).
  7. Staff Portal Permissions - Toggle on or off the level of access the Handy Man/Contractor has within the app.
  8. Click Save.

An email will go to the contractor with details on how to access the app and change their password. To access the staff app, use the URL https://staff.homhero.com.au/.
