This article will detail how to add a new contractor / handyman in HOMHERO so that they can have access to the staff app.
- Select Staff Access from your Homhero side menu.
- Click on the + icon at the top left of the page.
- Type - Select the Handy Man/Contractor staff type option.
- Add the Name, Contact Number, and Email Address details of the new staff.
- If the contractor will be creating invoices via the app, ensure that the ABN, Company Name and GST Settings are completed (Optional).
- If you would like invoices and charges to feed through to RMS on an owner account, link up with the RMS Third Party and Corresponding Sundry Charge (Optional).
- Staff Portal Permissions - Toggle on or off the level of access the Handy Man/Contractor has within the app.
- Click Save.
An email will go to the contractor with details on how to access the app and change their password. To access the staff app, use the URL https://staff.homhero.com.au/.
