This article will explain how to connect your existing Booking.com listings to Homhero if you already have an established Booking.com connection and you're moving to Homhero. The same process is required if you have taken over the management of a Booking.com listing from another partner. Please reach out to Homhero Support if you need any assistance with completing this process.
How to connect your existing Booking.com listings to Homhero
- Check all Booking.com setup is complete in Homhero before completing this step
- Set Homhero as your Connectivity Provider
- Transfer your listings to Homhero
- Homhero to approve your Booking.com connections
- Publish listings to Booking.com
- You are now live!
How to set Homhero as your Connectivity Provider
Note: This step can only be done once you are live with Homhero
- Login to your Booking.com Extranet
- Click Bulk Editing > Manage Connectivity provider (down the bottom of page)
- Click Take Action
- Enter a provider > Homhero and click Next
- Select any listings that you would like to transfer over to Homhero
- Click Check and confirm changes
- Click Apply Change and wait for all listings to transfer successfully
Approve your Booking.com connections
Please reach out to Homhero Support to approve your Booking.com connections.
Publish Listings to Booking.com
Homhero > Booking Engine > Listings > Booking.com OTA Icon
- Hotel ID to be copied from Booking.com and pasted into your Booking.com listing in Homhero. Note: Please leave the Room ID blank when connecting to existing listings
- Fill out Booking.com settings then Save and Publish
- The Booking.com Icon will change to Green to represent the Active status
- If any Booking.com listings have errors, the Icon will change to Red
- Please reach out to Homhero Support for assistance with resolving any listing or connection errors
IMPORTANT: If you Save and Publish a Booking.com listing in Homhero without a Hotel ID, it will create a new listing
